ONLINE ORDERS

1) I placed an order online with Free Pick Up, how do I know where and when to pick up?

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. It usually takes 1 – 2 business days to process orders.

2) If I chose free pick up, why is there a $2 shipping charge?

The $2 is the standard handling fee for picking and packing your order. The handling fee appears on the shipping line item of your invoice.

3) How many days does it take for my order to be ready and how many days does shipping take?

It takes 1 – 2 business days for orders to be processed. If you choose your order to be shipped, shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on your location.

4) How do I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email that your order has been shipped and is on its way, usually 1-2 business days after you placed the order. Shipping does take 3-5 business days depending on your location.

5) When I place an order online, do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes, sales tax is applicable to all online orders.

6) Where are the orders being delivered from?

All online orders are being processed and shipped from our warehouse in the City of Artesia, CA.

Get to know about our Founder... She is a special lady!
Kundan “Kelly” Sabarwal was born into a strong, business-centric family. From her native country of Iran, and later to England to India, she grew up watching her father and brothers develop and grow brands internationally. Passionate about both business and culture, Kundan dreamed about following her father’s footsteps and becoming an entrepreneur one day.

In the mid 70’s Kundan was married with 3 children, 2 girls and a boy, and living in New Delhi. It was then that she converted the garage of the family home into a threading studio and named it Ziba, the Persian word for “beauty.” Over time Kundan noticed her two young daughters, Sumita and Suman, “hanging out” in the garage a bit more than usual. Fascinated by the business, the girls became their mom’s right hands. At the time nobody, including Kundan, knew how the sisters would impact the business.
