The standard processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After orders are processed, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 days.

Shipping or Curbside Pick Up/Will Call is Available!

For orders placed under Shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For orders placed under Pick Up/Will Call, you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up. Pick Up is only available from our Ziba Beauty Artesia location, Monday -Friday  10 am - 4 pm. Your pick up order may contain bulky or heavy items. We will be happy to assist with loading but please be sure you can fit the packages in your car. You only need the order # to pick up your order. Anyone can pick it up for you.
